Ingredients:
- ½ kg beef, sirloin
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 packet of Del Monte Quick N’ Easy Barbecue Marinade
- ⅛ cup leeks
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Steps:
- Marinate the beef in the sauce for 1 hour before cooking.
- While the vegetables cook, cube the chicken. Once the vegetables are done, remove them from the pan and set aside, then cook the chicken in the same pan.
- Stir-fry the beef until fully cooked.
- Wash and slice the leeks, then use them as a garnish along with sesame seeds. Serve hot.
