Ingredients:

  • ½ kg beef, sirloin
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 packet of Del Monte Quick N’ Easy Barbecue Marinade
  • ⅛ cup leeks
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Steps:

  1. Marinate the beef in the sauce for 1 hour before cooking.
  2. While the vegetables cook, cube the chicken. Once the vegetables are done, remove them from the pan and set aside, then cook the chicken in the same pan.
  3. Stir-fry the beef until fully cooked.
  4. Wash and slice the leeks, then use them as a garnish along with sesame seeds. Serve hot.
