Ingredients:
- ½ kg chicken breast
- ½-1 cup milk, to your liking
- 1 packet Del Monte Quick N’ Easy Curry Mix
- 1 large potato
- 1 medium-sized carrot
- 1 clove garlic
Steps:
- Mince the garlic, cube the potatoes, and slice the carrots. Lightly coat a frying pan with oil, brown the garlic, then add the potatoes and carrots, cooking until tender.
- While the vegetables cook, cube the chicken. Once the vegetables are done, remove them from the pan and set aside, then cook the chicken in the same pan.
- When the chicken is lightly browned, sprinkle curry powder over it and pour in milk to your desired consistency.
- Stir until the curry powder and milk create a thick, bubbling sauce. Add the cooked vegetables, mix to combine, and serve hot.
