Ingredients:

  • ½ kg chicken breast
  • ½-1 cup milk, to your liking
  • 1 packet Del Monte Quick N’ Easy Curry Mix
  • 1 large potato
  • 1 medium-sized carrot
  • 1 clove garlic

Steps:

  1. Mince the garlic, cube the potatoes, and slice the carrots. Lightly coat a frying pan with oil, brown the garlic, then add the potatoes and carrots, cooking until tender.
  2. While the vegetables cook, cube the chicken. Once the vegetables are done, remove them from the pan and set aside, then cook the chicken in the same pan.
  3. When the chicken is lightly browned, sprinkle curry powder over it and pour in milk to your desired consistency.
  4. Stir until the curry powder and milk create a thick, bubbling sauce. Add the cooked vegetables, mix to combine, and serve hot.
