These bite-sized treats are made from crushed graham crackers mixed with condensed milk, shaped into balls, and coated with your choice of toppings like sprinkles, powdered milk, or shredded coconut. Ingredients:

  • 2 (200-gram) packages crushed graham crackers
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 bag marshmallows
  • Powdered milk
  • Dried coconut flakes
  • Chocolate sprinkles

Steps:

  1. In a bowl, combine 1½ packages of crushed graham crackers with the condensed milk. Mix well. Adjust sweetness to taste. Set aside the remaining half-package of crushed graham crackers.
  2. Put a small amount of the mixture in your hand and flatten it a little bit with your fingers. Add a marshmallow to the center.
  3. Closed the dough by forming a small ball with your fingertips.
  4. Roll the graham balls in the remaining crushed graham crackers or in powdered milk. You can also roll them in dried coconut or chocolate sprinkles to make fun variations.
  5. Set in the refrigerator to cool for 10 minutes.
